Kevin Harlan's Play-By-Play Of Fan Running On Field Is Amazing
Kevin Harlan may have just edged into legend status. The veteran sports broadcaster was calling the Los Angeles Rams-San Francisco 49ers snoozefest on Westwood One Monday night when an idiot ran onto the field in the middle of the fourth quarter. What happened is sure to go down in history as one of the greatest sports radio play-by-play calls of all-time.
That was amazing. It’s even better when you realize the two teams playing in this game were so bad offensively that elementary school kids all across the country were begging their parents to make them go to bed early. It was awful.
Harlan’s 34 seconds of brilliance were the only thing redeeming from Monday’s late game. It should get it’s own “30 for 30.”
