North Dakota State Upset Iowa 23-21, Enjoy That Kirk Ferentz Extension

North Dakota State was the FCS team you shouldn’t schedule. Iowa scheduled them. The Bison, five-time defending FCS champions, beat the Hawkeyes 23-21 for their sixth-straight win against FBS opponents. NDSU earned themselves a second chance to win the game, after missing a two-point conversion.
This loss comes mere weeks after Kirk Ferentz signed a massive extension through the 2025 season. This defeat was very “Kirk Ferentz.” Enjoy him, Iowa fans.
