Clemson is exacting its all but guaranteed win from South Carolina State. So, they didn’t need this bit of good fortune. The Bulldogs’ kickoff return man tossed the ball back to the referee without kneeling for a touchback. Clemson recovered the live ball for a touchdown. Insult to injury.
