Just as the Browns look to be on their way to a stunning win over rivals Baltimore – Cleveland took a shocking 20-2 lead in the first quarter – backup QB Josh McCown was knocked out of the game with a shoulder injury.

With starter Robert Griffin III out 10-12 weeks with a shoulder injury, McCown got the start and threw two TD passes in the first quarter. Naturally, McCown is already hurt. His replacement?

USC rookie Cody Kessler. Baltimore has three quarters to rally against the rookie and avoid an embarrassing loss.
