DeAngelo Williams Uses Nickelback's "Rockstar" For His Ringtone

DeAngelo Williams ringtone is Nickelback’s “Rockstar.” The Pittsburgh Steelers running back was outed as “a Nickelback guy” when his phone went off while he was talking to the media after Sunday’s win over the Bengals.

There’s not much more to the story, but it’s always fun to note Nickelback’s relationship with sports. Can you believe it’s been 5 years since there was a petition to keep Nickelback from playing halftime in Detroit on Thanksgiving? Or 3 months since I wrote this post about the top athlete cameos from the “Rockstar” music video? Time sure does fly when you’re listening to Nickelback.
