Texas Longhorns Starting Offensive Lineman Arrested, Charged With DWI

Kent Perkins, a starting offensive lineman for the Texas Longhorns football team, was arrested early Friday morning and charged with DWI. Perkins, a senior, was picked up in downtown Austin and booked into jail at 4:54am. The Longhorns are off this week before facing Oklahoma State on October 1st.

After the Longhorns loss to Cal last Saturday, Perkins was the focus of leadership talk after the game.
