Chris Broussard Joining Fox Sports 1

Chris Broussard confirmed a Sporting News report that he is leaving ESPN and joining Fox Sports 1 via multiple tweets Friday night.

“While we attempted to re-sign Chris, we want to thank him for his contributions to our NBA coverage and wish him the best,” ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz told Sporting News. “We have an impressive array of NBA voices who will continue to help make our NBA coverage thrive.”
Broussard has been with ESPN for 12 years as an NBA reporter and insider. He’s one of the most front-facing newsbreakers covering the sport but is not without his critics, nor has he been immune from controversy.
