Tim Tebow Almost Got His First Arizona Fall League Hit, Didn't

Tim Tebow is 0-for-12 through four games in the Arizona Fall League.  The fact that he can’t hit (very) minor league pitching is probably the main thing that will keep him from realizing his dream. Still, people are very interested in watching people who are very bad or very good at things. Tim Tebow was very good at football. Tim Tebow is very bad at baseball.

Odds are he will eventually break through. He did come close to getting his first hit last night, but this bloop to – you guessed it – first base rolled foul. Has he tried bunting yet? I know it’s frowned upon to break up a no-hitter that way, but I think people would understand.
