Jarvis Landry Nearly Decapitated Aaron Williams with this Block

Jarvis Landry delivered a lethal crackback block to an unsuspecting Aaron Williams, and earned a 15-yard flag for it. Williams was down, writhing in pain after the block.
The defensive back had neck surgery last September after a tackle against the Patriots.
Landry’s penalty pushed the Dolphins back and they eventually settled for a field goal, and trail the Bills 10-6 at the half.
