The Detroit Lions Issued a Correction of Skip Bayless

Kirk Cousins led a big, nine-play, 76-yard drive that he capped with a 19-yard touchdown scramble late in the fourth quarter to put Washington ahead 17-13 on Detroit with 1:05 remaining. Skip Bayless thought the game was over.

What Bayless didn’t account for was 2016 Matthew Stafford, who has really upped his level of play, and responded by leading a 75-yard touchdown drive of his own in 49 seconds of game time. The Lions made sure to correct the prior inaccuracy:
