Metta World Peace is one of the most “colorful” players in NBA history, and he added another chapter to that legacy with some news on Sunday. Tania Ganguli of the Los Angeles Times reported that World Peace claims he was “inappropriately touched” by a ghost at the Lakers’ team hotel in Oklahoma City:

The Skirvin Hotel is OKC’s oldest hotel, having opened in 1911. NBA teams have repeatedly reported the hotel is haunted. The Knicks, Bulls and Heat have all complained about it over the years, World Peace is just the latest to do so.

How bad is it? Larry Nance Jr. and Lou Williams opted not to join the Lakers and stayed in a different hotel during the team’s two-night stay in Oklahoma City.

If this is really an issue for players, teams might want to consider staying in another hotel.
