Conor McGregor Tries To Hit Eddie Alvarez With Chair At UFC 205 Press Conferece

Conor McGregor’s pre-fight press conference antics have become legendary and on Friday he upped the stakes.

During the press conference for McGregor’s UFC 205 bout with lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez, things got heated. Alvarez stood up and tossed his chair in McGregor’s direction and the Irishman wasn’t having it.

McGregor immediately jumped up, grabbed the chair and made as if to throw it at Alvarez or possibly hit him over the head with it. UFC president Dana White had to restrain him.

McGregor was recently fined $150,000 for throwing water bottles and cans of Monster at Nate Diaz at a pre-fight press conference for UFC 202.

Say what you want about McGregor, but the man knows how to hype a fight.
