Former Oregon Star Cliff Harris Took a Deranged Mugshot After Latest Arrest

Cliff Harris, the former Oregon Ducks star, is approaching rock bottom if he’s not already there. Harris, 25, was arrested in California early Sunday morning on charges of theft, drug possession and possession of paraphernalia according to The Oregonian. Harris, three years removed from the NFL, and one year removed from his last arrest, took an unsettling mugshot.

Harris was back in the news almost exactly a year ago when he was arrested for setting a grassy street median on fire. This drug arrest is a violation of the probation stemming from that incident. In 2013 he was cut by the Jets and arrested twice in the same week. In 2011 he was dismissed from Oregon after a myriad of legal problems.
