Serge Ibaka returned to Oklahoma City on Sunday and helped the Magic beat his former team, 119-117. Ibaka had a career-high 31 points to go along with 9 rebounds and 4 blocks. He also hit the game-winner over Steven Adams with .4 seconds left in the 4th. Pretty neat. This would be a great time for a retrospective look back at Ibaka’s 7 seasons in OKC, but I’d rather point out that Russell Westbrook had another insane triple-double.

Westbrook had 41 points, 16 assists and 12 rebounds, something no one else has ever done. In fact, the only 40/15/10 on Basketball-Reference besides this one was put up by LeBron in 2010. There was overtime involved. Westbrook accumulated these numbers in 38 minutes.

We’re now through a 10-game stretch where Russ has averaged 31.9 points, 10.1 assists and 9.2 rebounds. The Thunder have now lost 3 straight.
