Cam Newton Season From Hell Continues: Makes Rookie Mistake on Pick-6 by Khalil Mack

Cam Newton has been a disaster this year, and his season from hell continued in Oakland Sunday with this basic Pick-6 that may have ended the Panthers season.
Maybe defenses have figured out the 2015 NFL MVP, or maybe he’s just rattled from the beating he’s taken. But you cannot make this rookie mistake on the road, right before the half. Newton spun to throw a screen pass, and didn’t even look.
Khalil Mack jumped up, snagged the pass, and scooted five yards into the end zone for a touchdown and 24-7 Raiders lead.
Cam’s 1st half: 3-of-12, 18 yards, one INT. He did rush for a touchdown, but the Panthers can’t do anything right against a bad defense. The Panthers have 89 total yards in the first half.
