Recently retired Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch and elusive rapper/producer MF DOOM feels like a match made in heaven.

DOOM is known as a supervillain in the hip-hop community based on his persona. Lynch was a polarizing player when he was in the NFL. Both are elusive as can be when it comes to questions from the media.

Today, the two were finally paired together. Three minutes and twelve seconds into the newest remix from legendary rapper DOOM on his Solid Steel radio show, he sampled one of the more famous interviews from Lynch.

The actual quote that was used in the song also offers fantastic insight into Lynch’s playing career:

"“If you just run through somebody’s face, a lot of people ain’t going to be able to take that over and over and over and over and over again. They’re just not going to want that.”"

Here is the original clip with Lynch on Sixty Minutes Sports:

Surprisingly, this is not the first time that MF Doom has been associated with Lynch interviews.
