When a defender gets dunked on, I usually applaud his effort. It’s my belief that there’s more shame in not putting up an honest resistance than there is in getting posterized. But after seeing what Wright State forward did to this Urbana player, that long-held opinion is being revisited. Because … wow.
It’s unclear how a human being would even begin to bounce back from such a thunderous and disrespectful dunk. Like, I looked up the poor guy’s name but it doesn’t feel right putting it into this post.
It’s just too soon. Too soon. His family may not have been notified yet.
