Aly Raisman Dating Football Player Who Asked Her Out In Video

Aly Raisman took home a gold and two silvers during the 2016 Summer Olympics, but her performance apparently helped her bag a boyfriend as well. After she finished competing in Rio, Raisman was shown a video of then-Oakland Raiders tight end Colton Underwood congratulating her and asking her on a date. The bold strategy worked for Underwood, as the pair revealed they have been secretly dating for five months.

Raisman and Underwood walked the red carpet together at the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year ceremony on Monday.

The 22-year-old gymnast was receptive to the idea of dating Underwood when shown the video and the 24-year-old now-free agent made good on his promise. Apparently their first date happened in Denver.
