On Tuesday, Wake Forest announced that Tommy Elrod, a former player and assistant coach for the school’s football program and the radio color analyst, had been giving information from the team’s game plan to opponents since at least 2014. Elrod was fired from his job.

Today, Louisville AD Tom Jurich admitted that the team’s offensive coordinator Lonnie Galloway received said information from Elrod before Louisville and Wake Forest last month (via AP’s Ralph Russo):

This statement a) makes no mention one way or the other of Louisville head coach Bobby Petrino’s knowledge of the information, and b) loosely translates to “sorry not sorry.”
