Jared Goff Got Lit Up By Richard Sherman

Jared Goff had an impossible task Thursday night, trying to beat an angry Seattle Seahawks defense coming off its worst game all season. It hasn’t gone well for the rookie quarterback and that was punctuated when he got absolutely laid out by Richard Sherman in the fourth quarter.

With his team trailing 24-3 in the fourth, Goff faced a 3rd and long and opted to scramble. He ran down the left sideline and tried to sneak into the end zone. Bad idea. Sherman laid the wood to him with a completely legal but brutal hit.
