Jon Ryan's Wife Provides Update from Hospital After Punter Got Knocked Out

Jon Ryan scampered across the middle of the field, picking up a first down on a fake punt and then some before getting knocked out of last night’s Seahawks-Rams game at the end of the play.

It was a genuinely scary moment. His wife, comedian Sarah Colonna, provided a generally positive update:

Talk about a dichotomy for Jon Ryan. Even though his team was up by three touchdowns, running unabated through the middle of the field had to be something he’s dreamt of for years. And then it ended in what was essentially a car crash. Nonetheless, it is good that he is able to smile about it.
