Ezekiel Elliott Suspension Back On
Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension is back on after a US District Judge in New York denied the NFLPA’s preliminary injunction:

According to SI’s Michael McCann, the judge cited the Tom Brady case as precedent:

Mike Florio notes at PFT that there is another appeal option for Elliott, but there’s a caveat: “[U]ntil he can get the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to rule, he will miss time.”
