Dish Network and CBS are involved in a carriage dispute over rights fees, as detailed in the Los Angeles Times. Nearly 4 million customers nationwide, in 18 different markets, are affected. That includes Dish Network customers in the Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco markets. The CBS channels in those markets were removed from the lineup late Monday.

For sports fans, that means several million will miss out on today’s Chargers at Cowboys game airing on CBS. Other sporting events on CBS this weekend include Missouri at Arkansas on Friday afternoon, the Iron Bowl between Alabama and Auburn Saturday, and the regular NFL Sunday schedule, including the late afternoon window, where the Rams and Saints are also to appear on CBS.
