Lindsey Vonn said last week that she hoped to represent the people of the United States, and not the President, at the Winter Olympics. She injured her back during an event at St. Moritz.

" Vonn said she would see how she responded to treatment overnight, but she tweeted again Sunday morning ahead of a second super-G: “Unfortunately I will not be able to race today. “I am extremely disappointed but my biggest goal this season is the Olympics and I need to take care of myself now so I can be ready for next week, and more importantly, for February.” "

That injury prompted this headline from Fox News:

Obviously, the comments were related to the injury, no one denies this. Other things that she suffered her back injury after doing: breaking up with Tiger Woods, playing cornhole with Rajon Rondo, and feeding Cookie Monster.

Last year, she also broke her arm before making any comments about Donald Trump publicly, though it did happen the week after the election so it’s possible she did say something to someone somewhere.
