Carson Wentz got drilled by a group of Rams in the end zone on a scramble, on a touchdown that was ultimately negated by a penalty. While Wentz remained in the game long enough to hit Alshon Jeffery for a touchdown, he headed to the injury tent and then the locker room after the series.

Nick Foles is Wentz’s backup.

It goes without saying that hopefully Wentz, one of the league’s brightest young players, is alright here.
