At the Half: Northwestern 55, Chicago State 8

Northwestern has built itself a nice little halftime cushion against Chicago State. The Wildcats lead 55 to — squints — 8. Four different Wildcats players have outscored the entire Cougars team (Vic Law, Scottie Lindsay, Aaron Falzon, and Derek Pardon). That feels like a record but likely isn’t. Northwestern shot 16-for-29 in the first half, including 9-for-16 from behind the arc. Chicago State shot 2-for-19 and committed 15 turnovers.
