The Big Lead’s PM Sports Roundup, which you can expect your local ISP to eventually block due to net neutrality’s death.

Ali got nominated: Alison Brie is fresh off a Golden Globe nomination for her performance in “GLOW” and has two movies coming out in the heat of Oscar season. Both “The Disaster Artist” and “The Post” should be serious contenders during awards season.

Pulisic named U.S.’s best: Christian Pulisic has been named U.S. Soccer’s Male Player of the Year. It’s not much of a surprise given what Pulisic did for Borussia Dortmund and the U.S. men’s national team, but it’s still a tremendous honor for the 19-year-old. He’s the youngest player to ever win the award.

Trade Machado now: Tom Verducci argues the Baltimore Orioles need to trade Manny Machado now and get the biggest return they can for their young superstar.
