WATCH: Nuggets Coach Michael Malone Freaks Out at Ref, Gets Ejected

Michael Malone, head coach of the Nuggets and Team LeBron this weekend, was not happy with the refs late in the second quarter. Malone was ejected from the game after completely losing it:
