Tuesday's clash between the Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks was heatd for a number of reasons, but the emotions that Luka Doncic displayed definitely proved that he was hurt by the Mavs when they unceremoniously traded away one of the biggest stars in the NBA.

While the Lakers went on to beat the Anthony Davis-less Mavericks in the first meeting between Dallas and LA since the blockbuster trade, the fireworks started even before the game tipped off.

Doncic attempted a half court shot during warmups, but after missing the attempt he dropped to the ground and did 10 pushups. Now, it's very possible that he did this because his teammates made him or maybe he was simply taking another jab at the Mavs over their very public comments regarding his fitness.

It's quite clear the Lakers are going to be entertaining with Doncic at the helm, but the real test for the Slovenian star will be when he returns to Dallas because it's going to be another massive moment in the story that's captibated the NBA world.
