Ahmad Brooks of the 49ers Accused of Sexually Assaulting Passed-Out Woman

Ahmad Brooks, the talented but troubled linebacker of the 49ers, has been accused of sexual assault by the same woman that accused one of his teammates of rape in 2014.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman says on December 14th, 2014, she was at the house of then-49ers defensive lineman Ray McDonald, when she slipped and hit her head on the pool deck. She was knocked out. She alleges that Brooks sexually assaulted her while she was passed out, and then claimed McDonald carried her up to his bedroom and had sex with her without her consent.
The San Jose Police Department investigated the woman’s claim against McDonald and found insufficient evidence, and the case was dropped. According to TMZ, the woman now believes there is surveillance video from the night in question, which shows part of the alleged assault.
Brooks was a star high school player in Virginia, and then was headed toward All-American status at the University of Virginia when injuries and off-the-field issues derailed his career and he was dismissed from the team.
He had an OK rookie season with the Bengals, and after becoming a starter in year two, a torn groin muscle in September ended his season. The Bengals ended up cutting him.
The 49ers scooped up Brooks, who instantly became a factor in his second season, and in 2012 signed a 6-year extension worth $44.5 million. In 2013, he allegedly hit a teammate in the head with a beer bottle and punched him in the face over a set of car keys.
