Amy Schumer Once Told Howard Stern About Sex With Dolph Ziggler #tbt

The other day, I found myself at Amy Schumer’s Wikipedia. In and of itself, being on the page would not be embarrassing, but the reason I got there kind of is. Since y’all are my friends, I’ll share. I often Google people, whether they’re writers or comedians or basically anyone in a creative field, to see how old they are, and what their age was when they “made it.”

This is a dumb exercise, because age is just a number and there’s no real race to become successful. It also made more sense a year or two ago when I was on less solid career footing, and struggling for my art or whatever — not that I’m a superstar now or anything, but a living wage is solid affirmation. Anyways, there was a footnote at the bottom that Amy Schumer once dated WWE performer Dolph Ziggler. Further Googling revealed that Schumer told Howard Stern about their sex life in a 2012 interview. (Apparently this news was well known to just about everyone in the Internet streets besides me.)

“It wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t for me,” Schumer said. “The sex was too athletic. The first time I was like ‘Oh, this is cool.’ Nobody’s ever ragdolled me. He was like spinning me like a Globetrotter. I was like ‘Oh my God.’ I felt so petite.”

“It wasn’t that crazy, but it felt like we were wrestling,” she continued. “There’s a girl [out there] that will be so obsessed with him and psyched at all those events — but I wasn’t the girl.”

“It was fine. I didn’t care because it was mostly talking about how great I was,” Ziggler said in a 2014 interview. “It was more being fun and a little complimentary. It was just weird that my mom was like, ‘What does this mean?’ and I was just like ‘Ughhhhh.’”
