Auburn Likely Fumbled Away 2014 Playoff Chance Against Texas A&M
By Ty Duffy

What?! What?! Auburn has had extraordinary fortune in one-score games under Gus Malzahn. Not tonight. The Tigers fumbled the ball away twice in the 4th quarter. Texas A&M, left for dead by most, leaves Jordan Hare with a 41-38 upset.
A 10-2 Auburn team may be worthy of a playoff place. It would be an interesting discussion if the rebound and thump Georgia and Alabama. But, with the committee holding true to the primacy of win-loss records, the Tigers have likely been eliminated.
