CC Sabathia: Can He Momentarily Save the Yankees Season?

Sure, Raul Ibanez came up to the plate with two on and two out and the Yankees down by a run, but anyone who expected him to come through again was also probably under the belief that this series isn’t over. That’s a cute thought, but this series has expired. If not tonight, then tomorrow afternoon for an all too appropriate fisting.
Tonight’s Game 4 is all about pride. No team ever wants to get swept, though the only way that’s not happening is if New York gets at least seven innings of one-run ball from CC Sabathia. And even then, that still might not be enough.
Speaking of the big fella, feast your eyes on CC’s 1999 Topps rookie card. Yes, that’s a jawline. And now? Not.
