Charles Barkley offended some people when he said that San Antonio was a gold mine for “Weight Watchers” last week. Tonight, he refused to back down and apologize for the joke. “I’m just gonna have fun on TV,” he said. “You know I’m joking … some of you people don’t like my sense of humor. Here’s what I gotta say. Turn off your damn television. I’m not gonna change.”
