Harrison Bros' Dad Says Aaron Hit 12 Game-Winners in One AAU Season
Aaron Harrison hit that dagger three-pointer to crush the Badgers’ (and my) hopes and dreams last night, just as he did to Michigan last week and, apparently, to his opponents since he was 10 years old. CBS’ Gregg Doyel caught up with Harrison’s father, who explained:
"“He’s been hitting game-winners since he was in fourth grade,” Aaron Sr. said. “His first one, he was about 10 years old and it was as far as that shot against Michigan.”"
But wait, there’s more:
"“His final year of AAU ball, 17-and-under, we played 75 games,” Aaron Sr. said. “And he hit 12 game-winners.”"
If accurate, and really even if it’s slightly embellished, that’s cold-blooded.
