Saquon Barkley has shot up the Heisman board; the Penn State running back is the top non-quarterback in terms of odds, currently sitting at 12-1. Since late last year, Barkley has been dating a Penn State sophomore named Anna Congdon, and the two are quite dashing together on Instagram:
