It's So Cold in Chicago Today Matt Barkley is Wearing a Wet Suit Under His Uniform

Maybe you don’t think of 26-year-old Matt Barkley as a wily veteran, but the fourth-year Bears quarterback has been around long enough to have picked up some tricks.
One of them is the ol’ “wear a wet suit under your uniform when Chicago turns to ice,” which he learned from Matt Cassel, who learned it from Tom Brady.
You’ll notice all three of these men are native Californians.

The forecast today for Chicago, where the Bears are hosting the Packers, calls for a high of 9 degrees in the morning, with temperatures dropping throughout the afternoon, bottoming out at -8 degrees tonight.
