Jacobbi McDaniel Drilled Maryland QB C.J. Brown, Should Have Been Called For Targeting

Florida State’s Jacobbi McDaniel leveled Maryland quarterback C.J. Brown. Late hit. Aims high. Leads with the crown of the helmet. That should have been a clear targeting penalty. It was not called. Brown was injured on the play and has not returned to the game.
