Based on the fact that “Jaguars blackout” returns about a million results on Google, I have a feeling there are quite a few people in the Jacksonville area who do not hold Jaguars season tickets. Don’t worry, Khan quickly backtracked when (I assume) his advisers and PR people said, “Hey, maybe don’t say you only care about the people who spend thousands on season tickets, dummy.” Or something along those lines.
