Julian Edelman is facing a four-game suspension for violating the league’s performance enhancing substance policy, according to Adam Schefter and Field Yates:

It will be interesting to see where this story goes, i.e. if the specific substance he tested positive for comes out and whether he wins his appeal. Just yesterday, Edelman was saying he has made positive progress to return from the torn ACL he suffered last preseason.
