Kickboxer Gets Knocked Out, Celebrates and then Jumps Out of the Ring

This is amazing. In addition to being amazing, it also demonstrates how crazy and dangerous head injuries are. The action starts around the 3-minute mark and this one dude gets knocked the eff out. Then he gets up and falls down again. Then he gets up and starts to celebrate. When the ref finally convinces him he lost, he throws a fit and then jumps out of the ring.
