Michigan may have to self-report some secondary recruiting violations. Jim Harbaugh was signing autographs and taking pictures with satellite campers and their families. Compliance made him stop, to adhere to NCAA rules.
NCAA rules prohibit UM coaches & staff from taking pictures w/ recruits or their family before, during or after Non-institutional camps.

Now, you may think this is yet another example of the NCAA’s obsessively legalistic regulation of innocuous human interaction. But, remember. It’s a slippery slope to friendly banter and a few innocuous words of encouragement.
These prospective student-athletes might start putting on airs and placing gratuitous toppings on bagels.
