Rickie Fowler Spun a Nice Shot Back and Almost Eagled the Par-5 11th at the BMW Championship
By Michael Shamburger
Rickie Fowler almost sank this 122-yard approach shot for eagle during the second round of the BMW Championship. Fowler is currently -2 and trails leader Sergio “probably not going to win, but has a pretty swing” Garcia who is -6 and actually did hole out on the par-4 7th to make eagle during his second round.
How come my shots that land 3 feet from the pin never spin back that much or roll in? Golf is frustrating!
Look Sergio fans, I’ve got nothing against the guy. I like to watch him play, but his choking abilities are on par with Greg Norman.
