Rory McIlroy Hit a Beautiful Shot Out of the Water at the PGA Championship
By Michael Shamburger
Rory McIlroy did his best Bill Haas impersonation during the first round of the PGA Championship and hit a nice shot out of the water on the par-5 fifth hole. After his drive landed in a bunker, McIlroy hit his second shot 35-yards into the fairway, and then his third into the water left of the green. He then rolled up his right pant leg, for some reason, and walked out into the water and proceeded to chip to around 12 feet. After all of that, McIlroy sank the putt to save par and stay at even for the round.
