Ryne Sandberg Mocked Umpire Mark Ripperger as He Was Being Ejected

Ryne Sandberg was tossed out of the Philadelphia-Chicago game in the top of the 6th inning by umpire Mark Ripperger after arguing that Roberto Hernandez did not intentionally hit Starlin Castro. Castro homered in the bottom of the 4th and on the first pitch of his at-bat in the 6th he was plunked by Hernandez.

Unless, Sandberg tossed out Ripperger. Nah, that can’t happen.
