The NFL fined the Seattle Seahawks’ Chris Matthews $11,025 for a crotch grab, that looked more like a handshake than crotch grab. Perhaps noted balls expert Tom Brady could weigh in with a ruling? Marshawn Lynch, who definitively grabbed his crotch, tweeted his embarrassment about working for such a league.
