ESPN reporter Britt McHenry was suspended one week after video of her outburst at a towing company employee was posted on Thursday.

While the towing company involved released a statement saying no suspension was necessary, the penalty is apparently not severe enough for several ESPN employees.

TMZ reports “a whole bunch” of people in Bristol think McHenry should be fired.

"One high level producer tells us, “She’s the worst. Hopefully she’ll be fired soon.” Another person told us, “[What she did] reflects on all of us at ESPN. She will be fired soon. If not, I’ll be shocked.” “She came off more than rude in that clip. It seems like she needs some humble pie,” says another ESPN staffer … “[ESPN] can find a million Britt McHenrys to replace her.” One famous ESPN’er (who also didn’t want to be named) told us, “Put it like this, she’s replaceable.”"

While this certainly doesn’t sound like the most scientific study ever conducted, it’s not a great sign when co-workers feel comfortable delivering termination zingers in your direction through a gossip website.
