Soccer Player Suffers Ghastly Broken Ankle, and This Video is Not For the Squeamish

Cleats up, right on the ankle. Vicious. The slow-mo version of the player (Jeremy Clement) writhing around with his ankle busted – while a teammate points at the dangling foot in horror – was totally not necessary. Valentin Eysseric, the tackler, was given a red card and I’d be stunned if he wasn’t suspended for a few games.
