Steve Smith Signs With Baltimore, Who Will Play the Carolina Panthers This Year

Steve Smith did not take long to find the team that will allow him to continue to play football, and meet his former team, Carolina. He signed a three year deal with the Baltimore Ravens, according to Ian Rapoport, and will get his chance to rain “blood and guts” down against the Panthers.
