The Spurs Are Loaded, But 3rd Best in the West

The NBA draft is done, and free agency is largely complete, and that means it’s time to rank the teams in each conference. Today, the West. Tomorrow, the East.
The big three are still clearly Golden State, Oklahoma City and San Antonio, probably in that order. In the video, I explain why I’ve only got the Spurs 3rd.
The next batch: Memphis and Houston.
It seems like four teams are fighting for the last three spots: the Clippers, the Pelicans, the Jazz, and the Mavericks.
Yes, Portland has fallen into the Denver/Sacramento class after losing four starters.
